This summer our senior members have been taking part in the Blackburn with Darwen Get Stuck in Programme. 4 days a week for 4 weeks young people aged 13-16 have had the opportunity to take part in a range of vocational courses such as Young Leaders, NICAS climbing, Jamie Oliver cooking and a Bronze Arts Award.
This week young people had the opportunity to learn basic first aid. By taking part in the sessions young people gained practical skills as well as the ability and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies.
