Chief Operating Officer
The Role:
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, our Chief Operating Officer will work closely with the CEO and senior managers to ensure the Charity delivers its vision and strategic objectives.
You will drive the development and execution of the Youth Zone’s operational plans and delivery of the annual business plan. You will do this by supporting, leading and motivating the senior management team, taking responsibility for the efficient and effective delivery of internal operations of the Youth Zone, including the back office, administrative functions and the offer to young people. The Chief Operating Officer will deputise for the Chief Executive by engaging with a wider set of external stakeholders, collaborators and partners.

Full-time
Salary:
£50-£59,000 depending on experience

Babyzone Operations Officer
The Role:
The Babyzone Operations Officer is the face of Babyzone for our families and is responsible for ensuring that the set up and operations of the Babyzone run smoothly throughout the day.

SEND Sports Worker
The Role:
The SEND Sports Worker will play a key role in developing and delivering a comprehensive, engaging, and inclusive sports programme for young people aged 8 to 21 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The role focuses on breaking down barriers to participation and ensuring all young people feel safe, welcome, and able to enjoy and benefit from physical activity.

Youth Worker
The Role:
As a Youth Worker you will be our first point of contact for all young people, provide positive activities, offer support and guidance through issue-based work and provide positive outcomes for young people through appropriate assessment and intervention.

Youth Work Bus Driver (Outreach/Detached)
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced minibus driver to transport our young people between Youth Zone sites as well as take them out on trips. Additionally, this role will support our outreach and detached youth work by engaging with young people in their communities and promoting the services of the Youth Zone. If you are over 25 years old and have a clean driver’s licence, we would love to hear from you.

Part-time, 15 hours a week
