Detached & Outreach Worker
The Role:
Reporting to the Outreach and Detached Lead. Detached and outreach worker plays a pivotal role in engaging, supporting, and empowering young people within their communities. They spearhead outreach initiatives that offer meaningful youth work in diverse settings, aiming to encourage personal growth, social inclusion, and well-being directly within youths’ neighbourhoods. This role demands acute attention to data collection, stakeholder management, and active leadership to meet community needs and forge tangible pathways to local opportunities.

£12.50-£13.33 per hour

Youth Worker
The Role:
You will work at our Blackburn Youth Zone on a Saturday evening between 6-9pm. As a Youth Worker you will be our first point of contact for all young people, provide positive activities, offer support and guidance through issue-based work and provide positive outcomes for young people through appropriate assessment and intervention.
